ISP Constitution sais,

"Article 3

The following can become ISP members:

1. scientists from any discipline;
2. national pathophysiological societies, other groups or institutions that promote the science of pathophysiology;
3. Honorary Members."

and

"Article 7
Activities of the International Society for Pathophysiology are managed and supervised by

1. the General Assembly;
2. the Council;
3. the Executive Committee.

The Society shall also use Commissions and Committees to promote research in different fields of pathophysiology, when the need arises."

At present, ISP is composed by 2922 members from 53 countries:
